    As an Executive Director of a small nonprofit organization on a mission to build connection with a new team post-Covid, I wanted to be sure that I worked with a coach and meeting facilitator who was experienced with team systems and would be able to manage any emerging conflict that might arise between group members. I deeply appreciated that Betsy had both of those qualities, and was able to facilitate a meeting that maintained an inclusive environment through development and delivery of a thoughtful agenda with activities that fostered fun and connection. Most importantly, Betsy skillfully identified ways to allow interpersonal conflict and organizational challenges to surface in the meeting without overshadowing an otherwise positive experience.
